Thirteen celebrated members of the Dusit Thani College Alumni Association are coming together to prepare a one-of-a-kind culinary experience exploring the flavors of Thailand’s five regions through “Journey Of Flavor – A Twist For The Better Together.”
Dusit Thani College is a private institute in Bangkok, Thailand and part of the Dusit group, one of the renowned five-star hotel groups in Thailand. The chefs participating are Angkana Iamsaard, Kamol Chobdee-ngam, Pacharakun Kalyanamitr, Pattarawit Janthai, Phupa Chunharasmi, Phurin Patanaviriyawanich, Piyachart Phuttawong, Siripong Chutithadakul, Sirorat Thauto, Thawatchai Akkaravongwatana, Theerapat Tiyasuntranont, Yuttajak Saengsastra and sommelier Thanakorn Borthoff.
The thirteen renowned participants will create a 7-course meal that melds contemporary cooking styles with Thai flavors that brings out the unique culinary heritage of the country. The meals will feature locally sourced ingredients to support Thai farmers across the country, with proceeds from the uniquely curated culinary journey funding scholarships for students attending Dusit Thani College, as well as charitable organizations.
Attendees can grab their tickets through dtc.ac.th/fundraising-event and dine at the Square One Restaurant, Dusit Princess Srinakarin Hotel, Srinakarin Road, on October 3.
