Get ready for a fun and spooky time at Under the Castle (UTC)—a haunted house by Team Wang Design—this October to November at the EmSphere in Bangkok, Thailand.
Team Wang Design is a streetwear brand founded by Jackson Wang (creative director and designer), a singer and songwriter best known as a member of the K-pop boy group Got7. UTC is the brainchild of Wang and Team Wang Design’s CEO, Henry Cheung—created as a concept space that also doubles as a way to unveil the brand’s new design collection.
UTC follows the story of Pumpkie and Spookie. Pumpkie, as his name suggests, is a pumpkin who accidentally sneaks into the castle, while Spookie the ghost finds him and chases him around. The concept started off as an escape room of the same name in China back in 2023. In 2024, Under the Castle became a haunted house experience in Singapore through a collaboration with Universal Studios Singapore.

This year, UTC goes to Bangkok in its haunted house format, with a story following the adventures of Pumpkie and Spookie from the limited edition comic book released by Team Wang. The space includes a night market and merchandise area on the ground floor, where visitors can buy UTC limited-edition shirts, mugs, Thai delicacies, and more; a ticketing booth and the haunted house itself, where visitors can go through rooms and follow the story of Pumpkie and Spookie; a mini bar for refreshments, and experience zone with a photo booth, bump cars, and the chaotic “Mischief Ride.”
