The first-ever Filipino Music Awards (FMA) gathered OPM talents to celebrate the best of local music, The brightest stars in Filipino music walked the red carpet, joining in on the night’s festivities and ceremony.
The event was hosted by Joey Mead King, Michael Sager, and Elijah Canlas, showcasing Filipino music in different genres. Top-nominated acts like SB19 bagged the most awards, including People’s Choice Award for Artist, People’s Choice Song Award for “Dungka,” Concert of the Year and Tour of the Year for “Simula at Wakas,” and the prestigious Artist of the Year.
Cup of Joe also took the stage, bringing home Song of the Year for the globally charting song “Multo” and Album of the Year for Silakbo.
Artists like Ely Buendia, Lolita Carbon, Yeng Constantino, Gloc 9, Ben&Ben, BGYO, BINI, and Maki, also performed their top hits, lighting up the FMA stage with music.
With 600 nominations, the entries were carefully screened by a jury, and audited by the award program’s auditing partner, SGV and Co., Here is the full list of the winners of the first-ever Filipino Music Awards.

The prestigious awards show’s first run ended with Ben&Ben and SB19 bringing the Filipino Music Awards to the ground with an all-out rendition of “Kapangyarihan.” The FMAs are a reminder that recognizing the evolving music scene of the Filipino people comes with the hope of change, adaptability, and excellence.
