After the recent debut of the Michelin Guide in the Philippines, Filipino restaurants continue their streak of being recognized by the influential establishment, as Hayop Ni Manam gets added to the Michelin Guide Singapore.

Located along Amoy Street in the Lion City, the Filipino cuisine restaurant is part of the Moment Group of restaurants, which also owns the Bib Gourmand recipient, Manam at the Ayala Triangle in Makati City. As new establishments entered the Singapore food industry, Hayop rose through the ranks and expressed itself with cultural diversity in the classic Filipino tradition, showcasing local heritage through bold local flavors.

The Michelin Guide highlighted the restaurant’s wood-rich space and a subtle maritime theme that depicts the Philippines’ fishing industry. It also recognized the signature Wagyu dish and watermelon sinigang, which offered the best cuts and tender meats.

Hayop Ni Manam is known for contemporary Filipino cuisine with a twist, like their yellow adobo dish that uses turmeric instead of soy sauce, their midnight adobo that uses red wine to deepen the flavor profile of the meat, and pork belly stew made from Duroc pork.

Experience the unique dishes of Hayop Ni Manam, open every Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM to 9:30 PM at 104 Amoy Street, Singapore.
