Emart and Central Retail Corporation (CRC) are bringing the popular South Korean grocery store, No Brand, to Thailand.

No Brand is a no-frills grocery store operated by Emart with over 250 stores in South Korea alone, with stores in the Philippines and Laos. Known for it’s straightforward approach to retail, this grocery store provides high quality products without having a specific brand attached to any of the items.

As it continues its expansion, No Brand recently opened a standalone store in Central Bangna, Thailand—its first in the country. The collaboration is part of CRC’s goal to become a world-class grocery destination and to strengthen its position in Thailand’s retail market.

The Thailand branch is housed in a 250-square-meter space with over 2,200 daily essential items including beauty and cosmetics, street food, snacks, and K-cuisine.

“We are committed to introducing new choices that deliver differentiated experiences for Thai consumers, while strengthening our food retail ecosystem across all dimensions,” shared Thanawat Jirajariyavej, Managing Director of Central Food Retail under CRC.
