Netflix drops a trailer for a new series they’re about to release about the complicated life of a modern-day first-generation Indian American teenage girl. Never Have I Ever is a new coming of age comedy that is loosely based on the teenage life of executive producer Mindy Kaling!

The upcoming series stars newcomer, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan as Devi, an overachieving high school sophomore who has a short fuse that gets her into difficult situations. Joining Mindy Kaling as an executive producer is Lang Fisher who will also be the showrunner and writer of the series.
