Come discover all the secrets hidden in the world of Studio Ghibli as it opens Ghibli Park Phase one to the public!
Ghibli Park simply represents the world of Studio Ghibli. Without big attractions or rides, guests are encouraged to “take a stroll, feel the wind, and discover the wonders” of Ghibli Park.
The first phase features Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse, full of anything that screams “Ghibli.” Explore the park and find the Robot Soldiers from Castle in the Sky, Yubaba’s office from Spirited Away, a play area that recreates the world of My Neighbor Totoro, a world from the perspective of the tiny people from Arrietty, and more!
Screening Room: Cinema Orion is showing 10 short, animated Ghibli Studio originals.
Three Special Exhibitions. Find yourself in the iconic scenes of famous Ghibli films in “Becoming Characters in Memorable Ghibli Scenes,” see production materials from Spirited Away, From Up on Poppy Hill, and Earwig and the Witch only at “Delicious! Animating Memorable Meals Expanded Edition,” and of course anything Ghibli you want to see is all in one place at “Ghibli’s Collections.”
In addition, a panoramic view overlooking the “World Emporium” from Whisper of the Heart awaits at the Hill of Youth. Going south, kids are welcome (adults are not!) inside Satsuki and Mei’s House from My Neighbor Totoro, located at Dondoko Forest.
Aside from the existing museum, exhibitions, shop, and café, Ghibli Park still has a lot in store for fans. Mononoke Village and the Valley of Witches are coming soon!
Ghibli Park is located within Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park, 1533-1 Ibaragabasama, Nagakute, Aichi. All admissions are by advance reservation only. Visit https://ghibli-park.jp/en/ for more information.
