The wait is over! TBA Studios has finally unveiled the full cast of Quezon with new character posters.
Quezon marks the much-awaited conclusion of the film studio’s cinematic Bayaniverse trilogy, a series of films based on local historical figures that began with Heneral Luna (2015) and Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral (2018). The highly anticipated historical drama follows the life, leadership and legacy of Manuel L. Quezon (Jericho Rosales)—a lawyer and soldier who became the President of the Philippine Commonwealth from 1935 to 1944.
Joining Rosales are Mon Confiado, Benjamin Alves, and Arron Villaflor, who reprise their roles from Heneral Luna and Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral as Emilio Aguinaldo, Young Manuel L. Quezon, and Joven Hernando, respectively. Other cast members include Iain Glen from Game of Thrones fame as Governor-General Leonard Wood, Romnick Sarmenta as Senator Sergio Osmena, JC Santos as Senator Manuel Roxas, Cris Villanueva as Joven Hernando, Jake Macapagal as Manuel Nieto, Karylle as Doña Aurora Quezon, Bodjie Pascua as Raymundo Melliza, Therese Malivar as Nadia Hernando, Angeli Bayani as Doña Maria Agoncillo, Joross Gamboa as Eduardo Rusca, Ana Abad Santos as Carmen Hernando, Ketchup Eusebio as Pedro Janolino, and Jojit Lorenzo as Miguel Laureano.
