The new Nintendo Switch app is compatible with mobile devices and acts as the home base for all the Pokémon that players have tamed while playing various games from the franchise. Players can use this when they link their Nintendo Account to both the Nintendo Switch version and the mobile device version of the application.
Pokémon Home offers two plans—a free version with limited storage of up to 30 Pokémon, which allows players to deposit one Pokémon at a time in the Global Trade System (GTS); and a premium version that offers three price points, with storage of up to 6,000 Pokémon, and around three Pokémon can be deposited through the Global Trade System (GTS).

As of version 4.0.0, players can transfer data from Pokémon Scarlet, Pokémon Violet, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, Pokémon Sword, Pokémon Shield, Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu!, Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!, and Pokémon GO. Depending on which game is chosen, players transfer the tamed Pokémon through deposit or send to visit. Aside from these, players can also trade, check battle data, judge Pokémon, receive mystery gifts, collect medals, and more!
