A new shopping destination is opening in Kuala Lumpur!
118 Mall is a planned seven-storey mall located at the lobby of Merdeka 118—the tallest building in Malaysia—and flanked by Stadium Merdeka and Stadium Negara. In the heart of the vibrant precinct and surrounded by historic landmarks, 118 Mall is set to have over 300 retail stores and food stops for mallgoers to enjoy.
While at the final stage of its pre-opening operations, the mall recently hosted and inaugural retailers’ gathering, bringing together more than 200 retail partners ahead of its opening. Some of the retailers include Chagee, Honolu Ramen, Cili Kampung, Aldo, Decathlon, Habib Jewels, Village Grocer, SOGO118, and BookXcess.
Notable locations in the mall include the Atmosphere—a 20,000sqft event space covered by a 88-meter glass dome; the Malaysian Artisan District—an 80,000sqft zone celebrating everything Malaysian with delicacies at the Makanizm Food Hall, handicrafts, and other local goods; and The View at 118—Merdeka 118’s observation deck that overlooks Kuala Lumpur from the height of 510m to 568m.
