Tech giant Sony unveils its concept car Vision-S

The recently concluded Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2020 in Las Vegas gave everyone a sneak peek to the most exciting technologies coming this year and one of the biggest announcements was the reveal of Sony’s concept car, the Vision-S.

Japanese tech company Sony, the maker of globally known entertainment electronics, showed to the world that they can produce a beautiful car powered by the latest technologies and entertainment that Sony can offer.

According to the CES presentation of Sony, the Vision-S is an all-electric concept sedan with a “Safety Cocoon” technology, an advanced driving assistance suite that features 33 sensors that will help the drivers on different kinds of situation like highway driving, and parking. The sensors will also serve as an eye for an autonomous driving experience.

The car also boasts its immersive entertainment package like 360 Reality Audio and multiple touchscreens including a large panoramic one in the dashboard for the perfect in-car entertainment experience.

Sony also released the official specs sheet on their website and stated that Vision-S has two electric motors with a total of 400kW of power, it can also run from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds with a max speed of 240 km/h. Here are the complete Vision-S specifications:
