For those running out of books to read during the quarantine, we have some exciting news for you!
Fully Booked was one of the many establishments that had to stop physical operations due to the enhanced community quarantine, which has been extended until May 15. While their patrons were still able to purchase books through their website, Fully Booked had to stop all deliveries until further notice for everyone’s safety.

But on a Facebook post from April 24, Fully Booked announced that their delivery operations are finally up and running again! “For the past week, we’ve been steadily working on resuming our e-commerce operations so we can send great reads straight to your doorstep again,” they said in the post.
Ordering from their website was quick and easy – just search for the title you want and if it’s available, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You don’t need to create an account to purchase but Fully Booked discount card holders will need to create one if they want to avail of the discount, which is 5% for card transactions and 10% for cash transactions. You can choose to pay via DragonPay (Bayad Centers, Bank Deposit, and others) or PayPal while Metro Manila consumers can choose the cash-on-delivery option.
Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and a second email with the status update and tracking link once Fully Booked has processed your order.
Metro Manila orders will take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipment will take another 2-3 days. Meanwhile, provincial deliveries are also available but will take more than a week to be processed.
The book was securely wrapped so you can be sure that your books will arrive safe and sound! Here’s my unboxing of my Fully Booked goodies.
Fully Booked has hundreds of thousands of titles you can choose from to get delivered straight to your doorstep. All their available titles can be found in their website.
They also said in the post that their Lazada and Shopee stores will be back soon. For now, you may visit their website at fullybookedonline.com to shop.
Book lovers will know that nothing can compare to going to an actual bookstore to shop for books and many will surely rush to the nearest Fully Booked branch as soon as the quarantine is lifted. But for now, as we practice physical distancing, Fully Booked has given many Filipino book lovers a chance to momentarily escape and recuperate from stress by working hard to bring their books to them.
Happy shopping, bookworms!
