Baguio City has been a holiday vacation staple for a lot of Filipinos. Aside from the cold weather and their scenic spots, one thing people always come back to in Baguio are their famous food, one of them being Vizco’s famous Strawberry Shortcakes.
But with the pandemic putting vacation plans on hold, Metro Manila residents won’t need to worry about missing out on those classic cakes as online Facebook shop Love, Strawberry, can now deliver Vizco’s cakes to you straight from Baguio!
Based in Quezon City, the online shop recently became an official reseller of the famous cakes. They take orders by batch and those that make a reservation are also required to make a 50% down payment for every order. The owners, Evitta Gacula and Thrina Baguioso, and their team sends the final list of orders at Vizco’s. They then travel from Quezon City to Baguio City and back twice a week and dispatches the orders on Saturdays and Sundays. “We cater to all customers craving the sweet and fresh strawberries of Baguio and of course the mouthwatering cakes of Vizco’s,” shared Thrina in a text interview.
