Love, Death and Robots Season 2 is set to premiere this May on Netflix.

The animated anthology created by Tim Miller (director of Deadpool and Terminator: Dark Fate) was greenlit for a second season way back in June 2019, and now we finally get to see a sneak peek on what’s to come: giants, monsters, alien whales and many more. Watch the trailer for season 2 below.

The trailer also confirms that season 3 of the sci-fi series will premiere in 2022. With Jennifer Yuh Nelson (director of Kung Fu Panda 2, Kung Fu Panda 3 and The Darkest Minds) joining as supervising director, viewers can expect season 2 of Love, Death and Robots to be just as awesome and visually stunning as the first season.

The first season of the anthology was considered a triumph in animation, with each episode animated in their own unique styles, making them feel like a different stages of a “cyberpunk fever dream” as some fans and critics pointed out, so it’s no wonder that everyone is excited for season 2. Catch the second season of Love, Death and Robots on Netflix this May 14.
