Gone are the days of regular combination pizzas. Project Pie, a well-loved Build-Your-Own-Pizza concept restaurant that opened its doors in 2013 is back in the game!
After more than 4 years of shutting down, the fan-favorite pizza place is back to challenge your creativity in crafting the best pizza for you!
So if you’re ready to go, let’s do a recap on how to make your Artisanal 9” Project Pie, shall we?
- Step 1 is to sauce it up. You have a choice of red, white or olive oil bases for your pizza sauce.
- Step 2 is to cheese wisely. Try out something interesting from a variety of cheeses which include mozzarella, parmesan, goat cheese, or blue cheese.
- Step 3 is to meat your match. You have tons of meat options to choose from prosciutto to sausages, so take your time to choose the right protein for you!
- Step 4 is veggie, set, go. You won’t run out of toppings with onions, basil, red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, fresh herbs, jalapeño, and olives in the list!
- Finally, step 5 is bake and enjoy! Wait for 3 minutes before enjoying your freshly-served custom pizza.
But if you’re not in the mood to go through all these steps, then fret not! It’s not required to make your own pizza when they already have tons of 18-inch pizza in cheese, pepperoni, ham, and creamy spinach artichoke flavors. Non-pizza lovers are also accepted because Project Pie offers pasta, burgers, chicken and rice meals, and more!
Their first Project Pie branch re-opened in November 2021 in Shopwise Makati located at Pablo Ocampo Sr. Extension, Corner Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City while their second store is in Shopwise Antipolo located at M.L Quezon Ave. Antipolo City. Both stores are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. More outlets are coming our way so hang tight and get ready to build your pie!
