If you’re a fan of yaoi manga, then we’ve got just the news for you! The popular BL manga and anime Given is having a Pop Up Cafe collaboration with Moshi Gran Cafe!
Written and illustrated by Natsuki Kizu, Given follows Mafuyu Satou—an introverted high school student who finally expresses his voice after a chance encounter with his classmate, guitarist Ritsuka Uenoyama. Mafuyu joins Ritsuka’s ragtag band, joining the likes of the kindhearted bassist Haruki Nakayama, and rough-looking drummer Akihiko Kaji. The group had been gaining traction with their instrumental songs, but in order to reach greater heights, they enlist Mafuyu to join as their vocalist.
Inspired by the manga and anime, Moshi Gran Cafe is hosting the Given Pop-up Cafe Collaboration. Fans can order drinks inspired by six key characters in the series: Mafuyu’s Strawberry Tea, Ritsuka’s Blue Lychee Soda, Haruki’s Citrus Ginger Ale, Akihiko’s Grape Juice, Higaragi’s Caramel Latte, and Shizusumi’s Genmaicha. Purchases that reach PHP 1000 in a single receipt also entitle you to a random sticker and free coasters for each drink. Aside from these treats, fans can also purchase random player-style acrylic cards, pin badges, mini standees, and other cute merch inspired by Given.
