ALL'N Makes Comeback with Violin-Driven "Four Seasons"
Spread the love

Violin-driven K-pop solo artist ALL’N (올린) announced new music, “Four Seasons,” out November 23rd via EMPIRE. Marking the artist’s first physical album, this follows his recent playful, energetic single “DING,” which released this October.

Renowned for his unique, violin-driven musical talent, ALL’N—born Sam Sungmin Kang—spent years as a competitive violinist and dedicated artist. He had already established a name for himself as a contestant on iQIYI’s Youth With You, one of China’s biggest survival talent shows and built a violin-driven DJ career in China before founding his own agency, SKS Entertainment, to establish his name and presence in the industry.

The artist chose a stage name rooted in the English phrase “All in,” representing how he gives his all to his craft and his everyday life. The name also holds a clever second meaning derived from the Korean word for violin (“바이올린”). The last two syllables of the word (“올린”) are read as ALL’N, which phonetically sounds like the English phrase “all in.”

His debut single, “We Up,” introduced ALL’N and his unique sound earlier this year, mixing modern elements with classical violin. He oversaw the entire creation of the project, participating in its music production, choreography, styling, visual direction, and overall concept. Following its release, ALL’N performed “We Up” live across major South Korean music programs, including M Countdown, Music Bank, Show! Music Core, Inkigayo, and Show Champion.

His second digital single, “Dream Higher,” showcased a more personal and emotional facet, encouraging listeners to “dream higher.” Infused with his signature violin sound, the song features the artist taking a fresh approach by incorporating electric guitar for the first time. garnered 1 million views on YouTube in less than a month after its release and has been featured across Billboard, Sweety High, MEGA Magazine, The Korea Herald, Rolling Stone Korea.

His third single, “DING,” took on a more playful, lighthearted approach, and was inspired by ALL’N’s viral moment with K-pop boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) in an elevator during his music show promotions for “We Up.” The song is a high-energy, playful single that infuses electric guitar, heavy bass, Serum-designed synths, and rap with his signature violin sound.

For “Four Seasons,” ALL’N—as central to his identity—features the violin as his signature style, bringing a more confident, dance-focused energy while creating a catchy violin melody that stays with listeners long after hearing it.

“I think it’s the most complete expression of what I’ve been trying to build as ALL’N so far, with a great balance of both what makes K-pop K-pop and violin,” shared the artist. “‘Four Seasons’ is about bringing all of that with me and moving forward with more confidence in who I am.”

True to its title, “Four Seasons” reflects on the seasons ALL’N has experienced—the ups and downs, best and worst, that shaped him into who he is today as he cements his name in the industry. Just as one season brings coldness and another brightness, every chapter he has passed through and every lesson learned culminates in “Four Seasons.”

Stay tuned for ALL’N’s comeback this November 23 and catch “Four Seasons” on music streaming platforms.
