Get ready for some real sugar, spice and everything nice! CW just announced the actors to play the Powerpuff Girls in the live-action series based on the popular cartoon.

Chloe Bennet, Dove Cameron and Yana Perrault are set to play Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, respectively. They might look familiar as you may have seen them before in your favorite shows.

Bennet is known for her role in the ABC-Marvel series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Cameron could be spotted in the Disney Channel’s Descendants films, and Perrault’s presence from the Broadway stage.

Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup used to be America’s pint-sized superheroes. Now, in CW’s upcoming series, they’re disillusioned twenty-somethings who resent having lost their childhoods to crimefighting. When the world needs them more than ever, will they agree to reunite? Deadline shares a little more of the changes we can expect in the live version from each character.

Although Blossom was a spunky, conscientious, Little-Miss-Perfect child who holds several advanced degrees, her repressed kiddie-superhero trauma has left her feeling anxious and reclusive, and she aims to become a leader again, this time on her own terms.

Bubbles’ sweet-girl disposition won America’s hearts as a child. She still sparkles as an adult, but her charming exterior belies an unexpected toughness and wit. She’s initially more interested in recapturing her fame than saving the world, but she just might surprise us and herself.

Buttercup was the rebellious badass of The Powerpuff Girls in its heyday. More sensitive than her tough exterior suggests, Buttercup has spent her adulthood trying to shed her Powerpuff Girl identity and live an anonymous life.

The CW reboot will be produced by Warner Bros. Television. It is written by Diablo Cody and Heather Regnier and directed by Maggie Kiley based on the original Cartoon Network animated series created by Craig McCracken.

There’s still no news on the release date for the series, but we’ll make sure to keep you posted when more details are out.
