The film revolves around a young adult named M, portrayed by famous Thai singer Putthipong Assaratanakul, or more popularly known as Billkin. The story initially follows his antics as a game caster, but takes a turn when his grandmother, Amah (Usha Seamkhum), is diagnosed with terminal cancer. As M becomes interested in a possible inheritance, he volunteers to look after Amah in her last days.
Seamkhum makes a strong impression in her acting debut. Amah is not easily fooled by this act of devotion from his grandchild, as she is a demanding and challenging person to care for. Through the time they spend together, they are able to connect despite his intentions.
Despite a simple premise, the film has taken the title of Thailand’s highest grossing film for 2024 and 11th highest grossing film of all-time.
